Service Support

Warranty repair service:
1. All products sold by our company are guaranteed free of charge for one year.
2. When a fault is reported for repair, the customer shall designate a contact person to notify our company or the customer unit to notify us in writing.
3. For the equipment that our company is responsible for installing, we will send personnel to handle the fault warranty within 6 hours (Shenzhen District) after receiving the customer’s warranty. There are more customer requests outside Shenzhen to provide telephone and written support, and provide off-site on-site service if necessary. Not under special circumstances.
4. During the free maintenance period, only maintenance costs will be charged for failures or damages caused by human or natural factors.
5. Maintenance services beyond the free maintenance period are only charged for maintenance costs.
6. The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
A. Damage caused by improper operations and human or natural disasters.
B. Damage caused by self disassembly and replacement of any part of the machine (such as wiring and parts) without using original components and accessories (such as electronic control panel, remote control device, safety equipment, etc.).
C. Failures caused by installation not guided by our designated professional and technical personnel.
System upgrade service:
When the design of this product is upgraded or the software version is upgraded, the supplier provides a new version of the software free of charge
Training services:
The supplier provides users with free training for use and maintenance personnel, and provides a complete set of technical data and manuals.
